Policies

• All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of order.
• Proofs are required for wedding orders and encouraged for all other orders.  Charges for proof(s) range from $7.00-12.00 per item. 
• Customers are responsible for proof(s), shipping and sales tax charges. 
• We accept checks and cash.
• For each NSF/returned check, we will charge a $25 fee in addition to any bank fees.
